I joined Healthy Inspirations about four and a half years ago. I was 48 years old and I decided I needed to get serious about losing weight. I began a diet and exercise program and in about 10 months had lost about 60 pounds. I felt much better after the weight loss and also found that the exercise had become a routine I really enjoyed. I continued to exercise at Healthy Inspirations at least three times a week and I just didn’t feel right unless I did some type of exercise daily. About three years ago I took another big step towards better health as I quit smoking. My health has improved and I credit Healthy Inspirations for much of the improvement.
